Hallelujah! The blog is back!
Ok, I've been a busy boy lately. Hence, the blog silence. Let's catch up:
- I've stepped down as the Director of Business Development for Altura.
- I've joined a new startup, Retail Presents, as the Vice President of Services.
- I spent a few weeks traveling to the DMA show in Orlando and Business Outside the Box conference in Boston.
- bGon Enterprises took on 7 new catalog clients! Wow!
Whew! As you can see, a lot has been going on! No, I can't tell you what the new startup does, but I can tell you that we are in the process of finalizing funding, and there are a bunch of us raring to go. No, we are not hiring yet; when we do start hiring (next 30 days), we will be looking for programmers and an architect. Specifically, .NET programmers.
Thanksgiving was great; 20 lbs of turkey still fills the fridge! Birthday is over; I'm in a new demographic category now! :-)
OK, onto the important stuff: Where can you find what Josh is looking for? :-)
- Amazon: the Wish List. Search by "Tretakoff."
- I'll be blogging others as I see them.
Some great news:
- Tim & Julia have given birth to a new baby girl!
- My mother's new foray into the online world starts this week with her first email to customers! If you are in the Boston area, and would like to be added to her mailing list, let me know.
One other piece: my friend Pete graciously gave me the use of his Sony Ericsson T610 for the remaining month of my Cingular contract. So, look for lots of Blog entries about it!
Thanks!
